About The Brand:
The first of its kind for the UAE, GCC and Middle East, Adventure HQ is a dedicated outdoor adventure retail specialist offering equipment for a wide range of active lifestyle pursuits such as: fishing, kayaking, diving, camping, hiking, cycling, off-roading plus plenty more.
Sharaf Retail currently operates one Adventure HQ store in Times Square Center in Dubai, U.A.E., with more stores set to open later this year in the U.A.E.

About The Role:
* Ensure a safe, fun and educational experience of each customer of the Adventure Zone
* Carry out all of the duties involved with the daily operations of the activities;
* Carry out daily, weekly and monthly checks on all the equipment and the PPE issued to customers;
* Ensure the health and safety of all customers and staff members that come into contact and/or use the Adventure Zone is maximized;
* Provide instruction of groups and individuals to the level and standards of the relevant qualifications held.Understand and apply the SOP's and risk assessments for the Adventure Zone.
* Understand and administer the rules and regulations of local municipalities and international safety regulators for the activities
* Consistently look at ways of cross selling and upselling products within the retail store as well as the other activities.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets as established and agreed with Adventure HQ management.
* As needed, assist in the development of merchandising, advertising and promotional programs to help meet the sales and marketing goals of Adventure HQ.

You are a friendly and confident person with a passion for outdoor activities. You lead an active life and understand the psyche of an active lifestyle. You lead by example. Customer service should be your first priority.
You must be able to work in a team of mixed of nationalities and cultural backgrounds. You must be able to lead by example and are a good team leader with an approachable personality and demeanor. You should be calm under pressure and a good communicator.
Knowledge of retail metrics and KPI's is imperative. You understands the Retail House (5 P's of Retail).
Selling must be in your blood! Out-of-the-box thinker and initiator whilst on and off duty. Experience of asking open ended questions, customer service and honest selling is a key benchmark. Smiling, positive energy and dynamism are a must!
Sociable and extroverted people welcomed. You must be able to read, write and speak English.
