• Prospecting for New Business Development;

• Performing Exhibition show Audit for every assigned show;

• Executes sales plan for the year with volume and profit targets;

• Penetrating the market and making the customer aware of service / product offerings;

• To manage key relationships and develop expertise in identified industry sectors;

• Mapping client user, influencer and approver profiles to facilitate relationship building and business development;

• Ability to communicate ALPACA profile and equity;

• Understanding client requirement and evolving creative solutions through product combinations;

• Price negotiations and closing deals;

• Collection as per payment term;

• Provide market feedback to management.

• 2-5 years experience in exhibition, events or advertising in a similar role;

• Min qualification- Bachelors Degree;

• Results-orientated and target driven;

• Self-motivating;

• Strong attention to details.
