Job Objective:
To assist the Head of P&R in implementing the Performance Management policies and ensure that all activities related to Performance Management are done in an error free and timely manner. Handle Job Evaluation, Incentives, Rewards MIS and other Rewards related work.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of the Performance Management policy.
Work with the businesses to define KPI’s at the start of the year for all employees as per the given timelines
Assist in the mid-year appraisal process for all employees as per the given timelines
Assist in the end-of-year appraisal process as per the given timelines.
Development of the Oracle Performance Management system and ensuring all Performance Ratings are on the system or on hard copy for OT staff.
Conduct trainings on Balanced Scorecard and Performance management so as to train supervisors in the concepts as well as setting of KPI’s for their employees.
Liaise with the supervisors to enable setting of SMART KPI’s
Assist in the development of MIS pertaining to Performance Management
Manage the disagreed cases and arrive at final decision with the assistance of the HR Committee
Evaluations and slotting of all jobs in the banks and maintenance of records of the same
Facilitate the meetings of the Job Evaluation panel as and when required
Constant review of the evaluation and slotting’s especially during and after promotions to ensure maintenance of correct grading of the jobs in relation to other jobs.
Work with the business on the review of sales and collections incentives policy.
Follow up with the Business MIS team to obtain the incentives file for each product for each month and perform the necessary MIS of the data received.
Maintain a record of all the Incentive schemes as well as track when the changes are done, new schemes implemented as well as review dates
Perform all the MIS pertaining to the Rewards section as per requirements
Keep updated on all the rewards related work being done by the others in the team and act as a backup of the other Manager - Performance and Rewards
Skills
Must be graduate in Bachelors with a min 5-7 years’ experience in HR areas mainly Performance and Rewards, MBA would be added advantage
Sound knowledge of Performance Management and Rewards concepts, Oracle Performance Management system, Functional Project Management & Policies and Procedures Knowledge & Skills
Good communication skills, Problem solving & Liaison skills
