The Role
Personal Shopper - Harvey Nichols, Mall of the Emirates
As the Personal Shopper for our largest Department Store in Dubai you will be responsible for the personalised selection of products for our VIP Customers from across the globe. Working with the Store team you will be also be expected to contribute to maximise customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This is an opportunity to be part of? our exciting team working with some of the most exclusive customers in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be able to show a keen interest in fashion and trends and be able to evidence how they keep abreast of the market trends and competitor activities at all times.
An excellent command of the English language is essential. An Arabic speaker would have an advantage but is not essential for this role.
To be successful you must be a passionate individual that can use their integrity to communicate and build rapport with our VIP customers effectively. Establishing confidential? relationships will be essential for this role.
Immaculate presentation is critical for this role.
Ultimately the right candidate should be a real people person that can interact with colleagues and customers on all levels.
Requirements
You will need to have spent 3-5 years in a premium luxury or lifestyle brand and have experience in a Personal shopping role. You should? be able to evidence how you developed? a client portfolio and in addition you should have extensive experience in Customer service.
Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of the UAE market and an ability to build a client base.
You should have experience in analysing consumer behaviour and be able to provide superior standards of customer service using a personalised approach. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and being able to provide feedback on customer preferences should be clear from your CV.
High School or O Levels are required for this role
