The Role
- Develop and lead a region to manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clientele to generate revenue through nurturing strong long-term relationships with their customers and soliciting new to bank clients (NTB) for the ultimate purpose of maximizing bank profitability in the assigned territory.
- The role involves developing full gamut of corporate business in Al Ain/ Northern Oman and implementing segment specific strategies in the region. Jointly responsible for achieving segment budget and performance in the region along with respective Segment Heads. It also involves developing assets and liabilities and cross sell Bank’s products.
Requirements
- Preferably Work experience in Al Ain and / or Northern Oman market
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
- Preferred Masters degree or Diploma in banking
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
