UCAM Español Institute, located in Knowledge Village is looking for a Secretary/Business Support Officer.
Responsibilities:
? Daily office administration and operations
? Event coordination support
? Supplier management
? First contact point for phone, mail and visitors.
? HR assistance
? Marketing and academic support
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree.
? Minimum 3- 5 years experiences in secretary roles.
? Highly organized person, able to multitask.
? Ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
? Result oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
? Good communication, presentation and managerial skills.
? Highly proficient in English and Arab both verbal and written. Other languages such
as Spanish or Hindi is a plus.
? Strong computer literacy
? Familiarity with the education institutions within the area is a plus.
