Qualification - Mechanical / Hydro-geological Engineering Graduate

Experience – Minimum 10 – 12 years & 3 - 5 Relevant years in leading position in UAE / Gulf

Mandatory Requirement - UAE driving license is must

Job Title (Primary Responsibilities)

Activities performed Project Schedule Preparation in liaison with the Planning Department

Conducting Project Kick-off meeting with Client and Internal departments to

understand scope and deliverables.

Procurement activities of all the material based on Purchase requisitions - Domestic

and Imported

Price negotiations with vendors and sub-contractors

Engaging and controlling the civil contractor on his various duties.

Risk Assessment and planning risk mitigation activities

Resolving of conflict of interest between internal departments/vendor/client and

arrive at a workable solution

Monitoring the progress of the construction at site and input required resources to

ensure timely completion.

Review Monthly Progress Report for submission to customer.

Estimation and Pricing of Materials for Tendering EPC Contracts.

Interactions with Client/Consultant related to Specification Variations of Equipments.
