The Role
This position will be responsibly for 3 menswear stores in Abu Dhabi.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
To provide support and monitor the operations of the stores in the designated territory. The individual will be responsible to maintain relationships with partners; suppliers etc and manage the operations of the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise the day to day operations of the stores in coordination with the Store Managers
• Hold weekly meetings with the Store Managers to review sales performance and ongoing stock needs of all the stores
• Track and analyze stock in all stores on a weekly basis
• Ensure stores reflect the brand retail best practice across all aspects of the brand and follow the corporate guidelines whilst liaising with the visual merchandising team
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual retail sales targets in line with the agreed annual budget
• Develop and implement an off season stocking plan for each store using sales figures, shipping related constraints and other factors
• Responsible for day to day reporting of all operational activities to the Department Manager.
• Involved in ensuring that the stores are implementing all the corporate training initiatives
• Address disciplinary issues within the stores along with the HR Team
• Check and monitor the store’s weekly rota. Ensure the rota is being followed
• Liaise with HR department to discuss various staff movements and appraisals along with Store and Brand Managers and be actively involved in the recruitment process for the brand
• Monitor all store expenses on a monthly basis and to discuss cost controls with the Senior Management of the company
• Provides advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures
• Liaise with the Government relations department with regards to municipality permits, sales permits etc.
• Co-ordinate and maintain good relationships with mall management and be involved with the various activities & promotions of the mall
Requirements
Expected Years of Experience:
3-5 years experience in Retail Management
Expected Educational Qualification:
Minimum of University degree certificate with fluency in spoken and written English and any other language
REQUIRED BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
• Spoken and written English – Arabic is an additional advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Has to have high level of planning & organizational skills
• Ability to supervise and train employees
