Consumer Manager
The Role
Principle responsibilities are
Manage key customers in the UAE market ensuring that we can drive growth across this portfolio - build the right profile on these customers, monitor spend across this base and proactively build relationships to anticipate their needs and drive further spend.
Drive and deliver billings growth targets across the key customer portfolio.
Make contact with customers via telephone or in person to build relationships, resolve key issues and be the primary point of contact and escalation for key customers
Ensure greater spend penetration and capture with key customers immediate family and increase the levels of supplementary penetration
Manage onboarding and new account set-up of key customers as necessary
Address, manage and resolve customer complaints across the portfolio as necessary
Monitor attrition across the consumer portfolio and personally manage high value cases
Ensure all internal Policies & Procedures, security measures, Compliance and Government legislations are adhered
Requirements
Successfull candidates will have
Ability to build strong relationships based on trust and delivery
Proven relationship building skills and ability to manage, grow and handle issues with high-profile and high value customers
Very strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and lead, own and manage multiple activities and projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Account management and retention skills
Proven business, financial and commercial acumen
