The RoleThis client is a leading Telecom business in the region with a huge presence and impressive growth plans on the cards Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the incumbent will devise and implement the commercial strategy for the development and management of the e-commerce activities in the region. You will develop strategic and tactical business plans with members of the cross functional teams supporting the e-commerce strategy.introduce new ideas and initiatives with an aim to enhance customer satisfaction, create differentiation and drive revenue for the business. Development and execution of Online marketing activity, constant updates of new technologies to ensure website is current. Prepare and execute a planning calendar per season, promotions and mailer campaigns. Put in place KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis while leading at a strategic and operational level. |
RequirementsIdeally about 8+ years of overall experience in e-commerce having played an instrumental role in contributing from scratch.
