The Role
On behalf of our client, a financial advisory firm based in the DIFC, Swisslinx Middle East is currently searching for a Finance Director to join their highly professional and growing team.
Reporting into the Senior Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer, your responsibilities in this role would include but not be limited to:
• Sole responsibility for all finance related operations
• Provide advice on strategy and direction regarding various aspects from a finance perspective
• Monitor adequate financial and internal controls
• Year-end closing processes and liaise with auditors
• Coordinate successfully with other divisions and departments
Requirements
A successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Director in a financial institution
• Accountancy qualification; either ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CMA, or other
• DFSA experience is advantageous
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, able to work at all levels
