Head of Mergers & Acquisitions United Arab Emirates Tier one Global telecommunications group urgently require a Middle Eastern / Gulf state experienced Head of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead all future commercial and business development opportunities.
This hugely influential and business critical role is going to lead the overall Mergers & Acquisitions strategy and will report into the executive board, within this role you will create all of the phases of the M&A business case including: Market Analysis, Strategic Rational, Key Deal Drivers and Risk, Economic Models and Integration Plans.
This role will require a high level of senior stakeholder management experience; you will be communicating with C-Level executives on a daily basis and will need to secure approval for M&A opportunities. You must have demonstrable experience in leading M&A opportunities between major global brands.
