Parents Relation Executive

Job Description

My client is a leading provider in the education sector, they are currently looking for a Parents Relations Executive to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Job purpose

To provide a quality customer service to new and existing parents. To promote and market the organization to relevant stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

• Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the company's core values.

• Maintain high quality communication with staff.

• Provide Corporate Marketing with updates on marketing activity on a monthly basis.

• Develop communications channels, such as newsletters. .

• Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment .

• Ensure policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.

• Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors.

• Coordinate personnel needs regarding contract writing, attendance and reporting, employee files, annual reports, annual budgets preparation reports.

• Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment.

• Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.

• Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors.

Skills

To be selected you must have the following skills and attributes:

• College Degree preferred.

• Relationships management experience – an effective communicator at different levels, both orally and in writing. Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a multi –cultural environment.

• Previous experience in a Marketing / Communications role will be beneficial.

• Solid time management skills, the ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand. Computer literate

• A minimum of two years in focus customer rol
