Job Description

Responsibilities

• Attend client calls

• Maintain verbal and written communications with clients

• Invoicing and payment collections

• Resolve customer's complaints; determine the cause of the problem; select and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; follow up to ensure resolution

• Interact with clients directly at our offices, on the telephone, by email or written letter

• Maintain database records of customer interaction

• Respond to customer queries over the telephone or email

• Following up with customers for all registration related queries

• Keeping organized all sale and lease documents

• Attend client calls

• Support listings

• Prepare required documents

• Perform all other duties as assigned

Skills

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience within Dubai property market

Ability to manage HNI customers.

Age: Less than 32 yrs.

• Knowledge about the local rental and sales market

• Knowledge of Land Department and RERA procedures

• Good understanding of the local property laws

• College/University Degree

• Computer literate – Strong PC skills (knowledge of Office software).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English

• Exceptional customer handling skills

• A strong desire for excelling with keen analytic and problem solving abilities

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Honesty & integrity

• Strong organizational, negotiating and multi-tasking skills.

• Accuracy and punctuality.

• Computer literate – Strong PC skills (knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software).
