The Role

Cobalt’s MENA business was established in 2008 with its first office opening in Abu Dhabi in January 2009 and a second being added in Dubai in 2012. Today, we are the biggest international professional services search and recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi and a market leader within our specialist sectors in Dubai. We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with proven contingency recruitment and retained search experience to join our Construction & Engineering team to manage a "warm desk" with a vast client base. However, we would also welcome those with an impressive marketing or sales background.
The disciplines we cover within Construction & Engineering include, Commercial Management, Cost Management, Contracts Management, Project Management, Project Planning, Construction Management, Site Management, Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering as well as Environmental & Sustainability.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience within the recruitment sector or a relevant sales environment.
- Proactive, hardworking, enthusiastic individual
- Ambitious and commercially minded; this role is for people who want to progress their career quickly.
- A relationship builder; the ability to engage with clients and candidates is the key to success.
- Strong academic background
