JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals with charismatic personalities who have the drive, energy, passion and determination to succeed in a typical fast moving, high pressure yet exciting and rewarding role!
Responsibilities:
• Generate new customers and close business.
• Build and service a client base.
• Deal with international clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner
Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email
Requirements and personal attributes:
• Welcomes challenges and has a passion for results
• A proven track record of sales achievements
• Excellent verbal communication skills, assertive, determined and confident personality.
• Excellent negotiation and people's skills leading to win/win agreements with clients
• Self-motivated and self-organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work on their own initiative and generate sales leads
• Willing to learn and to develop their skills to grow personally and professionally.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, FX or Binaries markets will be considered an advantage
