The successful Restaurant Manager will oversee the everyday running of a busy operation making sure the restaurant is maximising all revenue opportunities whilst maintaining the highest quality of service possible.
You will have at least 6 years in restaurant service and have a passion for service along with good food and beverage knowledge.
You will be responsible for training, hiring and inspiration of a large team.
We are seeking a passionate manager who can speak fluent Spanish and will have experience of working in 5 star hotel restaurants.You should have a background in working in large, busy but high end informal dining environments.
Other languages along with Spanish are highly desirable.
