Sales Executive, AED 8000 plus sales incentives, Dubai, UAE
Job Description
Our well established client is based in the UAE and they are currently seeking a Sales Executive.
As the Sales Executive you will be required to maximize the seat occupancy with the aim of achieving the revenue target of the organisation.
This role will be based in Dubai. However, you will be required to account manage all destination management company representatives with a focus on RAK, . you will have to visit RAK 3-4 times a week.
Some responsibilities will include:
• Implement and apply defined sales processes
• Increase our client’s footprint in the defined markets through the DMC segment in Dubai and other Emirates
• Achieve/exceed allocated Revenue target per quarter, which may be amended following an appraisal
• Proactively achieve our client’s Sales target in DMC & Hotel segments
• Achieve the following individual and team objectives under general guidance of the Sales Manager and in line with our client’s policies and procedures:
• Maximise seat occupancy
• Facilitate value added sales
• Manage key accounts systematically
• Optimise team productivity and provide feedback to the Sales Manager & Business Manager with suggestions on how to constantly improve sales performance
• Develop and maintain key account relationships
Skills
Criteria:
• Must currently reside in the UAE
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in UAE Sales – Travel / Tourism/ Hospitality industry
• Aptitude – Strong Commercial acumen, ability to multi task, ability to plan and report back clearly within deadlines. Ambitious and eager to grow
• Driving licence and own car is compulsory
• Graduation (minimum)
