JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE :

• Technical authority for establishing technical integrity requirements, independent verification body, members of periodic equipment integrity review teams, criticality assessor, solution provider for chronicle problems, failure investigator , inspection & testing planning advisor and assurance specialist of the integrity health checks of Electrical & Instrument systems. of E & I systems.
• Provide Assets Integrity assurance through IM/VP TC-IO to Executive Teams and other stakeholders of all its existing and new projects E & I systems assets par of facilities (surface and subsurface (wells)).
• Develop technical guidelines and corporate standards related to Asset Integrity Management for E & I systems.
• Ensures the proper technical solutions are provided to all the assets related to E & I systems integrity management
• Evaluate new technologies trials, vendors and equipment in E & I discipline areas
• Develop & Optimize the inspection & testing programs of Critical Safety Systems.
• Establish business requirements and provide technical input for developing integrity management systems and tools to monitor and report integrity status of E & I systems
• Assess the impact on integrity of E & I systems result from Management of Change cases
• Set leading & lagging Key Performance Indicators for monitoring trends and managing performance of E & I systems .
• Understands and promotes the companyâ??s health, safety & environmental policy and objectives; performs work in accordance with the companyâ??s established rules, regulations and approved procedures; intervene to stop unsafe acts and practices; and is accountable for the well being and safety of own self and others, including all contracted labor force â?? unskilled, semiskilled, and skilled.
• Manages and controls the activities of assigned personnel, perform supervisory functions and exercise financial authority in accordance with the delegation of authority manual.
• Plans, directs and actively participates in the ongoing training and development of own self and subordinates with special emphasis on UAE Nationals. This includes assessing employeesâ?? training and development needs, directing the preparation of structured development programs, monitoring progress and counseling trainees on alternative career paths and job profiles available in the company.
• Develop and implement technical guidelines, standards, measures and plans for all necessary actions required to protect Companyâ??s E & I systems from operation & technical integrity threats and recommend the most techno economic systems and procedures for repair and rehabilitation of CSS part of any Companyâ??s assets.
• Incorporate integrity requirements into Business Process and Governance pertaining to operation, maintenance, inspection and testing of E & I systems.
• Set the guideline and roles related to operation, maintenance, inspection and testing of E & I systems in surface facilities and wells and ensure requirements are addressed correctly and properly complied with by relevant field operation staff members.
• Incorporate integrity requirements for CSS into the annual assets integrity plans and work closely with Assets to assure effective implementation and timely & quality completion of the agreed milestones. · Conduct obsoleteness studies and develop the most up-to-date and techno-economic options for rehabilitation and replacement of damaged or old E & I systems.
• Drive the establishment, monitoring and reporting the key performance indicator for creating environment of continuous performance and reliability improvement. Of E&I systems
• Ensure that latest industry best practices and lessons learned related to integrity of E & I systems are shared between Fields and Terminals, group of companies, and shareholders.
• Lead studies and selection of new technology trials related to enhancing the integrity of E & I systems and / or solving chronicle problems in existing facilities
• Lead failure investigations and ensure that recommendations are properly closed and lessons learned are incorporated in the standing standards and procedures.
• Develop career development programs for new young engineers to acquire necessary knowledge & skills necessary for safe operation of the organisations E & I systems.
• Participate in the Group Companies forums in setting Group Standards and Codes of Practice, and Represent TC â?? IO in E & I forums and in related National / International Conferences.

Experience & Qualification:

-B.Sc degree in an engineering Electrical / Control discipline
