Expansion plans and year on year growth have driven the need for an experienced Talent Development Manager to join the business. Working closely with the Head of HR the role will cover al aspects of talent management and development including:
• Regularly assessing internal talent capability in line with the business strategy
• Conducting training needs analysis
• Succession planning for key roles and hi-performers
• Driving development culture through the business
• Providing support for performance management
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
• At least 5 years HR experience with a talent management focus gained within a multinational or major business
• Strong process and systems experience
• Coaching and mentoring exposure at a senior level
• Be a highly polished and well presented individual with excellent English skills (Arabic preferred)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Highly ethical and professional approach
