Training and Learning Development Specialist
Job Description
Job Profile:
- To tailor, deliver and transfer Brands and Group training requirement
- To develop, implement and review training contents for local needs
- To lead hotel development project working together with hotel management team and colleagues
- To identify and forward regional training needs to Academie director . Make proposals on possible actions
- To establish relationships with all contacts in the region (GMs, HRDs, Hotel Teams)
-To represent and model the Accor and brands values
- To participate in the achievement of the Academie Accor Budget
- To make proposal for the development of teams in the region
Skills
Essential Requirements:
- Speaks English and Arabic
- Autonomous
- Takes initiative
- Have a strong background in training and development and coaching – can create contents, coach a team.
-Can lead projects autonomously directly liaising with clients and suppliers
- Able to travel extensively – Able to travel to the holy cities of Makkah and Medina ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
- Understand the requirements of a multi cultural environment & enjoys working with multi cultural realities.
-Can work in a flexible environment and enjoys the challenges of change
Optional Requirements: Having been a manager or having been exposed to hotel operational management
