Market Development Manager

Following our recent expansion in the region, we are currently looking for a Market Development Manager, to join our Dubai based Team. For this role, we are looking for an all rounded Marketing professional, who will have the following responsibilities :

• Supporting 'Go To Market' Strategy with pro-actively initiating all sell out activities in the market to support sales teams

• Managing Corporate & Market Support Fund budgets

• Leading marketing intelligence initiatives

• Monitoring customer performance

• Leading cross functional communication with other departments including Sales, Finance and other departments

• Creation of AOP for respective markets with sales teams

• Conducting periodic Competitive Analysis

• Supporting Price positioning analysis with Pricing department

• Hold the responsibility of constantly updating and optimizing Consumer or Commercial PBUs portfolio

• Ownership and leading of team for the deployment and completion of strategic

documents and projects (eg.: Compilation of AOP, MOP, Marketing AOP, etc.)

• Maintaining a continuous, up-to date dialogue with regional teams on product and initiative launches. *(Attending of all regional calls and meetings connected to the Commercial and/or Consumer PBU)

• Continuous assistance of Marketing and Communication / BTL Manager and Research Analyst on any projects connected to Consumer and / or Commercial PBU

• Owning the development of core marketing materials such as BTL materials, agency briefs, feedbacks *(e.g. storyboard/KV/Copy feedbacks etc.) yearly Marketing Roadmaps Tncl. Media Plans, etc.)

• Ownership and continuous update of Marketing / Brand training materials for newly joined members of the Goodyear MEA organization Tor Consumer and/or Commercial PBU)

• Support with ATL Communication, PR initiatives and digital execution

- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a similar role, with a particular emphasis on Trade Marketing.

- You must have experience in a similar industry (Automotive/ Spare parts or Tyre).

- Excellent English writing skills.
